Libpurple patch

Here is the promised patch:

Don't expect so much, it's still work in progress.

I hope I hasn't forgotten something :]

P.S. I released it this way, because hg diff produced 22 MB file,
and I will have to edit it manually to remove other changes which
has nothing to do with libpurple.
