[PATCH] quick and dirty hack to build /SUBSYSTEM:WINDOWS without dosbox

Hi!

After talking to Jan about his dosbox / cmdline /
releasebuild-issue[1] I (just) found an old thread regarding that
subject:

I just double-checked the qutecom-source and found out that the
patch did not find it's way into the repository. Would you please be
so kind to review it. Thank you! (Btw. I do not think it's a quick
and dirty hack anymore as I did a few months ago - so feel free to
change the subject.)
