Hi Basil,
It is not starting up at all .. you can install it, and it shows successful installation, but not working after that.
I'm not able to get a debug log as it is not running at all .. nothing comes after clicking on the icon.. it is working normally on Windows XP.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Alaa

Maybe you can better describe the kind of problem you are having - for example, does it start up at all, does it fail doing this or that, etc...this might be more helpful to some of the developers.
Maybe there is a debug build you can run that would provide more useful information, as well.

I'll appreciate a help from people who agree what I'm looking for ..
If you don't care about Microsoft products .. why Microsoft is still working ? It is not working for you for sure. They have good customer database and for sure you are not one of them ..
Any way, I have demand on that and I need help.

Alaa

I agree with you also .. but what about end-users ! I'm not able to control their needs !
And that is why we have to provide a solution that is compatible with any WELL KNOWN platform .. specially Microsoft new era Windows VISTA OS.
I'm waiting your suggestions ...

Alaa
