kvats.net 2.2 alpha released + open issues

We've mentioned that osAlliance is working on a customized version of 
wengophone / qutecom for a mobile phone operator, called "kvats.net". 

Here is the current list of open issues to be solved:

Let us know, if anybody is just working on one of those issues or if somebody 
wants to support our work. Any improvements which are not too specific to our 
sponsor's infrastructure should go to the upstream of qutecom.
